lyrics
In my bubble Jesus Christ’s a heavy metal pizza slice with egg-fried rice, belly breaking, stolen footwear VV trade-in
Look at Mr. Young he’s fading, look at all my best friend’s paintings, pecorino, tastes amazing, yeah I got you each a pizza slice
You see garbage something broken, two years hoping I can gift it, when you wear it let me know then call me on the telephone
I know I don’t pick up but leave a message though, you’re welcome over anytime you know yeah, we could always get a pizza slice

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
The Chicago punks seem intent on defying any hardcore conventions, focusing instead on communicating pure disgust for the rotting world around them. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jul 1, 2022
